How we handle your information
What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number or email, and a short note. Referral forms ask for a young person's first name, age and a contact number. We don't ask for charge details or record information online.
How we use it
Only to respond to you: to call you back, follow up on a referral, answer a question or send the newsletter you signed up for. We never sell or rent your information.
Young people's information
We take extra care with information about young people. We ask for consent before sharing anything, and we follow the Youth Criminal Justice Act's rules on protecting the identity of young people involved with the justice system.
Services we use
Our website is hosted on Webflow. Donations are processed through our secure donation platform, and our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp. Each has its own privacy policy. Links that take you to these services open in a new tab.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to support you or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
