Restorative School Programs
WHAT WE DO
Restorative School Programs
Programming that supports students at risk of suspension or expulsion by addressing the root causes of behavioural challenges through restorative interventions. The program teaches conflict resolution skills, promotes peer-led mediation and allows for students to remain engaged in their education rather than being excluded.

How Does It Work?
This framework illustrates some of the ways restorative practices can be used in schools.

Community Programs
Supporting youth before challenges escalate, through proactive engagement and skill-building.
A mentorship and empowerment program for girls, addressing gender-based barriers while fostering confidence, resilience and peer support.
The program provides a safe space for peer mentorship, equipping young women with the tools to navigate challenges and develop strong leadership skills.
A leadership development program that brings youth together in peer-led Peacebuilding Circles, where they engage in conversations about values such as respect, empathy and accountability.
These circles encourage positive communication, decision-making and peer mentorship skills, helping youth develop the confidence to
navigate challenges in their schools and communities.
