This past Monday marked the beginning of Truth and Reconciliation Week, a time for Canadians to learn more about the Residential School System and its impact on Indigenous peoples today, and how to participate in meaningful reconciliation.

In honour of this week and in the lead up to September 30, the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation is providing free resources and events designed for students and educators, as well as the general public, focused on exploring truths of Indigenous treaties, First Nation, Métis and Inuit land claims, and the Residential School System.
