The Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute is developing two new workshops to be delivered in October, 2014 which will address issues pertaining to working with youth.
“Bullying Intervention Strategies” is one of their new workshops focusing on responses to bully for prevention purposes. This workshop will address issues related to the root causes of bullying, empowering conversations, and healing and reconciliation.
“Challenging Behaviours in Youth” is another workshop in progress from CTRI. According to CTRI, participants in this workshop, “will gain a clear understanding of how to structure interactions for positive outcomes and will be provided with a coaching model to bring out the best in youth who exhibit challenging behaviours”.
